Meet Suzanne!

Hi everyone! Suzanne here, but you may also know me as Suzy from Scrap With Suzy. I prefer Suzanne, but unfortunately, my hubby thought it necessary to resurrect my childhood nickname and it spread like wildflowers amongst my family and friends. Speaking of my hubby, we will be married for 2 years this November. Never thought I'd meet a man who would grant me a scraproom, pose willingly for pictures, and brag to his friends about my creativity. We have a dog (it kills me not to say puppy) named Jax who is part pug, part puggle - ALL trouble! But we love him dearly and will always be our "first baby".

 By day I am a first grade teacher, by night a paper crafter. Scrapbooking is my passion, but I have SO much paper and other embellishments that I began making cards and altered art, too. I have gained a lot of inspiration from creative people miles and miles away through blogs and other online communities, not to mention exposed to so many different companies, products, and tools I would have never known.  I jumped for joy when my long distance friend Abby asked me if I was interested in starting a challenge blog with her. I hope you find some craftiness here that I have found on so many other blogs and contests - and win some awesome prizes from our wonderful sponsors, too! :)
