Good morning! I love October and this time of year :) I'm so excited to carve pumpkins with my cousin and her two little ones this weekend. I hope to get some great pics for scrapbooking !! This photo inspired this week's {{recipe}} challenge:
Easy cheesy, right?!
Wahoo!! 20 more reasons to join this week's challenge hehe ;)
I was so thrilled to see my 5 fellow team B designers create ROCKIN' layouts !!
I had a lot of fun with this challenge! I ended up making a pumpkin with my Cricut, and then embossing it with my Cuttlebug! I used some burlap and some fun accents. Fall is one of my favorite seasons, and with this being my first Fall layout of this year I cannot wait to work on some more!
We don't celebrate Halloween much, so for this challenge I have scrapbooked photos of me and my brother from the only year that we celebrated Halloween. As we don't celebrate it, I don't have any embellishments that suited Halloween, so I made the pumpkin embellishment myself. I have kept the page quite simple, and have stuck to the limit of 3 buttons and a two word title. I look forward to seeing your projects this week. Head over to my blog for more details on this layout.I had to be different.. lol.. I made a treat bag for my student teacher... SHH don't tell her ;)
We can't wait to see what you come up with for our "recipe" challenge.
One entry per person please. Link up before Sunday evening for a chance to have your blog featured and before Tuesday at noon for a chance at the prize from Scraptastic Club.
Want to be a guest designer for an upcoming challenge? Link your project to our Facebook wall and let us know! :)
Have a great week.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pages but I LOOOOVE the candies bag!! Great idea, wish to be that teacher! =) Hope to have time to participate this time!!
ReplyDeleteEntered my Pumpkin card. Got creative & thought outside the box or should I say inside the pumpkin as in behind the pumpkin image to use 2 buttons as pumpkin eyes and 1 button on sentiment tag that has 2 word sentiment 'Happy Halloween' stamped on it.

ReplyDeleteThis is my first attempt to hand stitch on a layout and although it is not straight and it took a REALLY long time (I am not very good at sewing) I like the way it turned out and it is something I would definitely do again! pear bridal set , single bed razai ,
