Good morning paper lovers! :) What a great bunch of summer projects posted last week! I had so much fun blog hopping through the links and being inspired by all the sunny, beachy, and patriotic themes. I have been wanting to do a sketch challenge for a while, so am excited for this week's reveal! :)
But before we get to that, I have to tell you how much I love the girls on my Team B team! These are a great group of creative and kind ladies that not only provide inspiration here at The Paper Variety, for me, and for all of you - but have become wonderful friends! This is their final challenge as TPV dt members, but I don't want this to be the last you see of them ;) Please take a moment to go to their personal blogs (if you haven't already!) and follow them. I know I will be.
And a special shout out to Patti who has helped us SO much in contacting new sponsors and doing a lot of the legwork it takes to bring you great prizes EVERY week at The Paper Variety. Thank you Patti!!!

This sketch comes from one of my favorite sketch sources, Page Maps! You can find this gem in their June 2011 maps.

Jan said, "I stayed true to the sketch for this challenge even though I prefer scrapping in an 8.5x11" format. I love this Echo Park line and used both papers and chipboard stickers from the set."
Mindy said, "I'm sad that this is my last challenge here at TPV, but I have enjoyed my time so very much! For this layout seeing that I scrap 8x8 it was a bit hard for me to get 4 photos so I changed mine up a bit! I was so proud of myself for actually pulling out my cricut to make my owl & trees :D"
Patti said, "I flipped the sketch and used some non-traditional Christmas colors to scrap these photos of my great niece, Lilyanna, taken on Christmas Eve. :)"
Tessa said, "I went to fill in my calendar for July and didn't have any due dates for TPV :(. I hope to play along and will always be a HUGE fan of TPV! Thank you for a wonderful opportunity!"

Melissa said, "I've had these photos of my sweet nieces for quite awhile, and this versatile sketch proved to be just perfect for them."
These are photos of our anniversary trip to San Francisco last November. We took a ferry boat ride to Alcatraz. It was SO interesting. This is the first of MANY photos/layouts of our tour.
We can't wait to see your takes on this week's challenge!
In addition to a layout you can also make a card or other paper project as long as you incorporate similar elements/design of the sketch.
Reminder:
Although we don't want to "disqualify" anyone from our challenges and love to see a variety of projects - please make sure you are following our guidelines to be fair to all who enter. One entry per person, please.
