YaraYara says: My Recipe: 1 photo, 2 rub-on pieces, 3 double side patterned papers from Kaisercraft Class 87. I love well condimented recipes, therefore I could not control myself for adding a little bit of condiments to my layout like 4 buttons, 1 piece of twine, 2 diecut pieces and 1 piece of memorabilia.

AmyAmy says: My 1,2,3 recipe: 1 photo, 2 letter fonts in the title, 3 different patterned papers. This is a picture of me and my sister in 1974, aren't we cute?!?

AprilApril says: My oldest daughter Emily used to drool like CRAZY when she was a baby. It was pretty hilarious because she never seemed to have a dry shirt until she was around 10 or 11 months old, lol! I thought the "It's Raining, It's Pouring" collection from Nikki Sivils would be perfect for this picture. ;) My 1-2-3 Recipe Is: 1 Picture, 2 Photo Corners & 3 Hearts.

MarilynMarilyn says: I love this challenge!! I made this page about my teen son Alexander, I used a cartoon effect for the photo. Ok, one photo, two staples and three buttons.

Is the spotlight on YOU?

Good evening!

My husband and I were on a whirlwind travel weekend - I was a bridesmaid in a friends' wedding and also had our nieces' double birthday bash. Let's just say I won't be short on pictures to scrapbook for the next few months ;)

I was SO excited to check in on The Paper Variety blog and see over 80 entries for our Tic-Tac-Toe challenge!

Just create a paper project using 3 elements in a row, either vertical, horizontal or diagonal. You have until Tuesday at noon Eastern time to link up and be eligible to win this gorgeous kit from Birds of a Feather! :)

If you already have your project linked up by Sunday evening, the spotlight could be on you! And this week I couldn't choose just one. So, I have a top 3 (in no particular order) using 3 project combinations :)

At the Paper Variety, we *love* variety! I enjoyed seeing a few tags pop up in the links. Stacy made an adorable one using handmade "yo-yo" flowers! I just love the green rik rack stems! So many fun elements textures on this tag. Great job Stacy!

Right away, I was drawn to Michelle's adorable St. Patrick's Day layout :) Isn't that family photo the sweetest?! I love how she included the saying on her son's shirt in the title. The shamrock doily is the perfect embellishment - both as a journal box and cut up as photo corners! Great page Michelle!

Wow! Farrah was busy this week ;) She made this AWESOME shaped card set for a Bazaar she is participating in. I love the spring feel and how these are for all occasions. Aren't the flowers gorgeous? Great job Farrah! Good luck!

Congratulations Michelle, Stacy and Farrah!!

Don't forget to grab your blinky..

Tic Tac Toe !! :)

Good morning paper lovers! :)

I am SO impressed with the layouts inspired by Jana's fabulous sketch! Amazing!

Are you ready for another fun challenge?

It's tic-tac-toe week!

Just create a project with 3 elements in a row. Lots of choices!

We are so excited to welcome a new sponsor to The Paper Variety this week!

Birds of a Feather Kit Co. has provided us with this beautiful prize:

Papers, die cuts, Thickers, Glimmer paint, ribbon, rub-ons... oh my!
Be sure to stop back Friday for more information on this fabulous company.

Until then, we have some design team inspiration for you! :)

Make a layout - Baby Theme - 2 Flowers

I love Shannon's signature style of black and white outlines, mix of patterned papers, and fun designs! This page let's the photo of her and her 'little man' shine :)

Tag - Bird - Spring Colors

Jan said, " I hand stitched a bird cage for one of the new KI Memories Puffies.  Added an SRM sticker sentiment along with a two little twine bows and a ribbon loop.  I plan on using this tag on a gift bag."

Tag - Spring - Bird

Mindy said, "For the tic-tac-toe challenge, I made a tag...  then I didn't know what to do with my purdy tag, so I made a layout!"

Layout - Bird - Scallops

Patti said, "I took this photo the morning my hubby and I were waiting for a bus to take us up to Glacier Point at Yosemite National Park in California. It was a personal goal of mine to hike in Yosemite by my 50th birthday, and my hubs helped to make it all happen for me. This was a very meaningful lo for me to create. :)"

Tag - Bird - Spring Colors

Tessa said, "Spring to me is warmer sunshine, pretty blue skies, and green all around :)"

Card - Scallops - Stamped Sentiment/Image

I cut my "little chick" isn't so little - by the time I cut the nest and egg shell on my cricut he measured over 5 inches! So I ended up making this 5 1/2" square card. The sentiment really should say "Mother Nature.. you crack me up" as snow is in our forecast for the next week. Yikes!

Our design team member and friend Melissa is taking a little break from The Paper Variety to take care of her family (miss you Mel!) and until her return, we will be featuring a guest designer on Team B weeks.

This week, we want to welcome Jamilie!
She used Layout-Baby-2+ Flowers

Isn't this precious?! Please make sure you stop by Jamilie's blog and leave her some love!

Now, it's your turn! Upload your tic-tac-toe projects below for a chance to win this Birds of a Feather kit !

Have a great rest of the week!
